About

A Canada-based freight company built around clear communication

Cantrans Logistics Ltd coordinates freight for businesses that need a carrier partner who answers, plans properly, and returns clean documentation.

How we operate

We work from White Rock, BC, coordinating domestic Canadian freight and eligible cross-border lanes. Rather than advertising a fixed fleet or blanket coverage, we confirm equipment and capacity against each lane before accepting a load.

Most freight problems are information problems: a missing dimension, an unconfirmed appointment, a broker document that never arrived. Our process is built to capture those details up front and keep everyone informed while the shipment is moving.

Claims about authority, insurance, certifications and service territories are published only after they are verified. Where a capability is conditional, the website says so.

Who you deal with

Cantrans is a small, hands-on team. The people below are the ones answering the phone, planning your lane and following your freight to delivery.

Anil Bhambi, Director at Cantrans Logistics Ltd

Anil Bhambi

Director

Anil leads the commercial side of Cantrans Logistics — building shipper relationships, planning recurring lanes and making sure the capacity we commit to is capacity we can actually cover.

His focus is on realistic answers over optimistic ones: confirming equipment, transit expectations and site constraints before a rate is quoted, so customers can plan production and receiving around a schedule that holds.

Gurtej Sodhi

Operations & Dispatch Lead

Gurtej runs day-to-day dispatch — matching freight to the right equipment, sequencing pickups and deliveries, and keeping shippers updated while a load is moving rather than after the fact.

He also owns the paperwork discipline behind every shipment: bills of lading, proof of delivery, securement and hours-of-service planning, so files close cleanly and cross-border loads are not held up by missing documents.

What we hold ourselves to

Accountability

We own the commitments we make and communicate early when something changes.

Communication

Clear updates beat optimistic silence on every shipment.

Safety

Load planning, securement and hours-of-service discipline come before speed.

Practical problem-solving

We plan around real site, equipment and border constraints.

Respect

Customers, drivers and partner carriers are treated the same way.
