Flatbed freight depends on accurate dimensions, weight and securement planning. Tarping, straps, chains and loading method are agreed before the truck is dispatched.

Dimensions and securement

Confirm loading method, site ground conditions, overhead obstructions and available unloading equipment at delivery.
Oversize planning
Loads exceeding legal dimensions require permits and, in some jurisdictions, escorts. Lead time increases accordingly.
