Quotes and booking requests

A quote request is an enquiry, and a booking request is a request for service. Neither creates a confirmed booking. Service is confirmed only when Cantrans Logistics Ltd issues written confirmation with a reference number.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment details you provide. Inaccurate weights, dimensions, commodity descriptions or access information may change pricing and feasibility.

Service capabilities

Services described on this site are subject to lane, capacity, insurance and current operating authority. Conditional capabilities are identified as such.
