Service

Temperature-Controlled

Temperature-controlled freight requires an agreed set point, run mode and handling expectations before pickup. Requirements are validated against available equipment for each lane.

Best-fit shipments

  • Chilled or frozen food and beverage freight
  • Commodities with a documented temperature range
  • Shipments requiring washout or seal control

Required shipment data

Temperature set point and tolerance, continuous or start/stop operation, pre-cool requirement, commodity type, and washout or seal requirements.

Validation

Temperature requirements are confirmed against available equipment before dispatch. If a requirement cannot be supported on a lane, we say so rather than accepting the load.

Documentation

Set point, seal numbers and delivery condition notes are captured on the paperwork returned after delivery.
